Veronica has led national policy and movement building work on the intersections of immigrants' rights, health care access, young parenthood, police accountability, and LGBTQ liberation. Alongside Eesha Pandit, she is the co-founder of the Center for Advancing Innovative Policy, where she creates grassroots policy agendas and has had the honor of working with and alongside some of the most impactful movement leaders of the 21st century.

CAIP creates transformative policy strategies to change the dominant narrative on policy from one where only educated white men get to decide the laws that govern our lives to one that encourages everyone to participate in determining how we’re governed.

The Center for Advancing Innovative Policy partners with grassroots organizations, coalitions, and networks to decode, develop, and deliver policy strategy that meets the needs of the people first.
